She holds a Bachelor of Business (Business Law) and a Diploma of Financial Services, complementing her extensive industry knowledge.
Belinda has successfully held various compliance management roles across underwriting, financial planning, insurance broking, and as a consulting with a national consulting firm. Her strong background in operational management further enhances her ability to deliver practical, effective compliance solutions.
Driven by a passion for providing boutique, comprehensive, and competitively priced compliance services, Belinda established Wright Compliance Management (formerly QNA Consulting) in 2011. She fosters a customer-centric culture, ensuring clients receive personalised, high-quality service aligned with the professional fees paid.

Charlene brings over 5 years of experience in administration and support roles, including within the education and care sector, providing a strong foundation in delivering personalised support services.
Charlene is currently enhancing her knowledge in financial services, reflecting her dedication to providing exceptional customer service with a focus on attention to detail, efficiency, confidentiality, and clear communications.
