collection, use and storage of information

If you use the enquiry forms on this site the information submitted will be sent via email to us and stored on a password protected database for a short period of time, before being permanently deleted.  If you are concerned about the transmission of the information via email please call us on (07) 5406 0404 and we can arrange for a secure file transfer link to be sent to you.

We may use the information to send you information about our products and services that we think will be of interest to you, including compliance updates and newsletters. If you would rather not receive this information please let us know and we will remove you from our marketing list.

For users that utilise the Client Access functionality, we also store business contact information only in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
